Hello my name is Gerardo A. Diaz, also known by family and friends as Jerry, I have been a resident of the Coachella Valley for 34 years and am bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish fluently. I'm a family man who loves spending quality time with my wife, children and dogs, especially around the dinner table. In 2017, I began the process of becoming a certified home inspector. I am now an InterNACHI certified and trained home inspector who works under the fundamentals of honor, integrity, reliability and loyalty. My background in construction, overseeing grading projects and taking density tests of backfill for house pads and footings/trenches of residential properties as a soils technician, have been extremely beneficial to me on this journey. The training I received has allowed me the ability to do more than just a real estate home inspection, in addition I am also certified and trained to preform thermal imaging, for energy loss and locating unseen anomalies of water leaks or moisture intrusions, mold and air quality inspections.
